Auroville: conceived as the "Universal Town," is a township where people from all over the world, representing diverse cultures and customs, come to live in harmony. Auroville is located in Tamil Nadu, about 15 kilometers away of Pondicherry. Mirra Alfassa, an Aurobindo disciple, founded it in 1968, and everyone at the Sri Aurobindo Society affectionately referred to her as "Mother."

Chidambaram: A short drive from Pondicherry brings you to Chidambaram, home to the renowned Nataraja Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Day 1: Embarking on the Train

Mumbai Pickup: Board DR PDY Express at 9:00 PM from Dadar or Kalyan
Pune Pickup: Board DR PDY Express Special at 11:50 PM from Pune Railway Station

Day 2: Picturesque Train Ride

Day 3: Auro Bindo Ashram, Manakula Temple, and Rock Beach

Visit Manakula Vinayagar Temple

Day 4: Auroville sightseeing and Serenity beach | Departure back

Start the day with a soothing sunrise at Serenity Beach
Return to your stay, freshen up, and have breakfast
Depart for Auroville
Visit the iconic Matrimandir, the 'soul' of Auroville town
Explore various cafes in Auroville
Continue sightseeing in Auroville

Day 5:Chidambaram,Pitchavaram and Paradise beach

Depart for Chidambaram, with breakfast en route
Explore the expansive Chidambaram Temple, known as the geometrical center of the earth
Enjoy boating in the mangrove forest of Pitchavaram
Return to Pondicherry for a late lunch
Visit Paradise Beach to watch the sunset, then head back to the hotel for some rest
